Return Policy

We want you to love your recent purchase! However, we understand a change of heart, a size exchange or any reason you need to return or exchange your item.

Returns will be graciously accepted within 14 business days of the original purchase. Merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt, must have all tags attached, in original condition. Must not be worn, washed or altered. Any items returned with makeup, deodorant, or any similar product stains will incur a 15% restocking/cleaning fee. Returns will be issued as store credit, or via the original form of payment.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and original condition. Any shoes showing wear, especially in the soles, will not be accepted.

If ordering online, return purchases will be at the cost of the customer, and original shipping charges are not refundable. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our store, so make sure they are packed properly and can't get damaged on the way!

 If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 3 days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement.

CLEARANCE AND FLASH SALE ITEMS: NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES FINAL. 

EXCHANGES
• We offer exchanges for the original item, if the size is in stock. Because product moves very quickly, we cannot guarantee the size needed will be in stock, and we cannot special order sizes.  We have a huge selection of inventory, so we will make sure you find something you absolutely love!
