• All returned items are issued STORE CREDIT ONLY, NO REFUNDS.
• STORE CREDITS will be issued as a GIFT CARD. The gift card can only be used online.
• PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving the order to get a store credit. Anything after that will not be accepted.
• All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached, in original condition, must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box and in its original condition. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
• Final sale items, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, cosmetics, intimates, leggings, socks and Gift Cards may not be returned or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS
• Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the gift card has been issued.
• Returns can be mailed or dropped off at the store. The return/refund policy is the same as online if return is dropped off at the store.
• Online returns will be sent to the online warehouse for refund. No refund in store at time of drop off.
• The goods are your responsibility until they reach our store, so make sure they are packed properly and can't get damaged on the way!
• If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 3 days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement. After the 3 days, there is nothing that we can offer you.
• We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we get your return back. We have a huge selection of product and it moves very quickly!
